The Foundation of Coaching
Here is where we highlight the work of the Coaching Common’s sister organization, The Foundation of Coaching. TFoC promotes scholarly research on coaching-related topics and shares those findings in their online Research Repository. It also offers $100,000 in coaching research grants each year and hosts global dialogues at conferences where coaches are gathered to address coaching-related research.
But 'research' doesn't necessarily mean 'dry.' Be sure to read on to learn why research is essential to coaching, how current 'proof of coaching' can impact your work, or even consider the grants being made available directly at The Foundation's own website.
