The Coaching Commons is launched!!!
It’s an open source way of creating something that wants to be created, together. It follows the ’stone soup’ philosophy of life and increasingly, business via social networks like this one - that is that everyone has something to contribute to the soup pot, and the meal will be more delicious, the creation of the meal more rewarding because we took that approach.
We believe there is something needed in the coaching world, something that’s been missing that this place will fill. Enough people believe this to be the case that there is energy, inspiration, action and funding to make a go of it.
The Coaching Commons is a place for the collective intelligence to emerge through radical conversations that aren’t being held elsewhere, and that are most profoundly compelling to the majority of coaches.
