Francine Campone - Team Lead, Research Repository

Francine Campone, Ed.D., PCC is a professional coach and consultant, founder and CEO of F. Campone, Inc. Her clients include leaders in education and nonprofit organizations, organization teams and mature professionals making significant transitions in life and work. Prior to engaging in coaching as a full time practice, she served as a university counselor, faculty member and Associate Dean of Students over the course of a twenty-nine year university career. She earned her doctorate in Higher and Adult Education from Columbia University in New York. Her coach training is complemented by training in humanistic mediation, group dynamics and facilitation, and Constructive Living Practice.

A member of the founding faculty of the School of Management’s graduate coaching certification program at the University of Texas at Dallas, Francine developed and teaches a graduate level course in research for coaches and a course on Evidence-Based Coaching. Dr. Campone has co-edited of the Proceedings of the 2004, 2005 and 2006 ICF Research Symposium. In addition, she has co-chaired the submissions review process and has been part of the leadership team for the 2005 and 2006 Symposia. Her own coaching research includes an on-going collaborative project on the development and validation of a model of relational flow in coaching. Francine has hosted the International Coach Federation’s Research Special Interest Group since 2004 and publishes a bi-monthly newsletter, Currents in Coaching Research, which spotlights a current article in the coaching research literature.
