Sylva Leduc - Team Lead - The Gift of Coaching
Sylva (Syl) Leduc, MEd, MPEC, is an executive coach and leadership development strategist. Syl has coached leaders in organizations since the early 90s when the majority of coaching was still done onsite. While she hails from Canada, Syl has gradually worked her way south and now lives in the Phoenix area with her husband and business partner, Bob Rican.
Their company, SageLeaders.com uses many different technologies and tools to make coaching accessible to clients without anyone having to travel anywhere. She is associated with the Ken Blanchard Companies as one of their executive coaches and is a faculty member of the College of Executive Coaching.
In 2002, Syl and Bob founded Client Compass, the software program for coaches, an innovative technology for managing the “behind the scenes operations” of a coach’s business. In 2005, their company was acquired by John Wiley & Sons.
